How do I return an item?

Please contact us for a Return Authorization at ellen@soapmarketonline.com with order number, item, reason for request and state preference of return or exchange. Unopened, unused merchandise may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for exchange or refund. Opened products are not eligible for return due to contamination. Special orders may not be exchanged or returned. Jewelry may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receipt in unworn and original condition only. Items considered as Hazmat/Hazardous Shipping are not returnable. This includes all perfumes, reed diffuser kits and refill fragrances. We reserve the right to not honor an exchange or return if we feel the item is not in original condition. Shipping charges are not refunded. We recommend insurance and tracking service be purchased for return shipping. Refunds cannot be given for returns lost in transit.
If an order is received damage, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
