soapmarket partners with companies who care deeply about the ingredients they put in their products or materials used in their jewelry, and the impact their products and processes have on the environment. The products we sell are all botanically-based and include items certified by the Natural Products Association.
Our Service is Personalized
In addition to the high quality ingredients in our products, our personalized service sets soapmarket apart in the industry. Owner Ellen D’Amore is passionate about her products and her business. She works with each individual customer to find products that meet their needs, whether personal bath and body care, or custom gift baskets.
How soapmarket Began
During her 18 year career as a textile designer in New York City’s garment center, Ellen traveled the world. She visited countries across Europe and Asia, and discovered luxurious all-natural soaps. With each visit, she replenished her supply because these natural products were difficult to find in the US. Recognizing her passion for beautiful soap and the US demand for it, Ellen was inspired to leave her career in textiles and open soapmarket.
Customer Service Policies
Shipping: In keeping with our beliefs, we try to recycle and reuse materials as much as possible, including packing materials.
International orders will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail, UPS or Federal Express. We reserve the right to select the best method for your order. Exact postage will be calculated based on the size, weight and value (for insurance purposes) of your order, and we will email you with the shipping cost. Once you approve the shipping cost, your order will be processed. We do not charge an additional handling fee for International orders. Unfortunately, the flat rate and free shipping offers do not apply to International orders. Any customs-related charges added by destination country is the responsibility of the purchaser.
We charge a flat rate of $8.95 for orders up to $125.00, for ground shipping. For orders $125.00 and above, there will be no charge for ground shipping charges. We ship via UPS or USPS.
Orders will be shipped within 2 business days. If any items are back-ordered, we will pay shipping charges for the back-ordered items. We will notify you via email of the status of any backorders.
Coupon Codes are applicable for a one-time use. We reserve the right to not honor any code used inappropriately.
Return Policy: We will gladly accept a return within 15 days, provided item is in original condition and unused. We will refund the full purchase price, excluding shipping charges, by same method of payment, when we received the return. Please contact us at customerservice@soapmarketonline.com for instructions on how to return.
Damages: If your order arrives in damaged condition, please notify us within 2 days of arrival of package.
